Does the recipient need EcoTap?
No. The public card opens in their browser, and Save Contact starts the phone’s familiar contact-import flow.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your card stays live forever. Paid features stop, and the paid look comes off with them (your photo, a company name, company branding) — nothing is deleted behind your back, and you can delete your account in the app any time — it is actually gone.
Does sharing automatically save a contact?
No—and that is intentional. Their phone presents the contact details, and the recipient chooses whether to confirm and save them.
Can I have more than one card?
Yes. Create separate cards and choose one published Active Card for your personal sharing surfaces.
Can I update my details later?
Yes. Your public alias stays stable while you publish an updated version of the card.
